10.00 am - Head to Alor Setar - collect Tee N Bib
12.00 pm- Checked in at Casa Real Hotel in Taman Selesa just about Ik from..Bee-bee park - de startin point. Free N Easy...

5.30 am - Report
6.00 am - Start - finished 18th in 01:43:30 ......
Nice route... Simpang Kuala to Tok Pasai Bridge, Kuala Kedah
... U turn ... back to Bee-bee park.
8.30 am - Back to hotel...
1.00 pm- check out.. Met Mr Azhar.. to Bernama Alor Setar...Tq Bro !!!
4.00 pm - Arau, Perlis
5.30 pm - Board the train

Sat - 1/8
7.00 am - Reached KL Sentral..Nice Journey....!!!
