Lesson no 1... Do Not Car Pool.. Promise to depart from Bernama at 8.30 am but left at 9.15am.. ++ looking for parking....Tunggu lagi....Warm up time gone.....
Lesson no 2... Never pecut without warm up...9.45am de Media Cat was flgged off...1 km of run b4 climbing...Legs felt heavy....while running... Oh no... If I force to turbo..would end up in cramps..climbing..2,058 stairs was done by walkin only..finished 10th in about 27.xx.xx-- far-far away from my PB...but it waz fun too...No matter what u do, where u are n how moody u r .... just enjoy every moment of it...try it and u would feel de diff... Lepak kat atas...sembang2...pics...makan2..N Bye...!!!......
Next would be d Cyberjaya Night Run...!!!

Bareno 15k Run

About de run...

15 KM run .... flagged off at 7.00am . Started with a slow pace...about 5 min per km ...too tired cos too many things were on the previous day......very hilly....legs felt heavy...couldn't increase the pace...stopped here n there...not a good run...below par... finished 96 in 1:22:04 . Met ramai mates...sembang-sembang...bergambar...n Bye...!!!.. 10 Q.. Ms Julie.. for collecting the goodies.
Next would b de Towerthon...!!!

Larian Bandar Diraja Klang

About de run...

7 KM run in conjunction to de Klang River Karnival.... flagged off at 8.05 am by de DYMM Sultan Selangor and MB of Selangor... Started with a fast pace...about 4 min per km till caught by side stitch again...Dun noe why...can't move fast....difficulty in breathing.....slowed the pace... ....fast breathing thru de mouth...felt better.... finished 24 in about 00:32:33. Met ramai mates...sembang-sembang... Bye...!!!

Tesco Charity Walk

About de run...

It was a Charity Walk for the schools...a large group mostly students...Starts at 8.00 am-
Walked about 4.5 km along the Wisma Tani route and back to Dataran..Slow walk..took about 45 mins to finish....Given a Cert and a goodie bag which was worthwhile ....Thank you... Tesco!
Next would b de Larian Bandar DiRaja, Klang and Bareno run, Bkt Jalil... Bye!!!.

Started late... A nice 6.2 k forest run... very hilly, steep,narrow and .... Have to go in a slow pace...one at a time....cross two small narrow bridges, hop over some logs and pot holes....took
about 00:53:08 ...finished at no 18...!!!

KL City Day Run...

7 KM run in conjunction to de FT Day celebration.... flagged off at 7.30am by de deputy FT Minister ..Dato Saravanan... Started with a good pace...about 4 min per km till caught by side stitch...can't move fast....difficulty in breathing.. dried lips...slowed down...stopped at water station...rest a while...con't with slower pace ....fast breathing thru de mouth...felt better...but ain't wanna increase the pace .... finished 61 in about 00:35:04. Met ramai mates...sembang-sembang...bergambar...n Bye...!!!
Next would b de FTAAA- Milo Cross Country...!
