About the run...

Reached at 6.3o am.. Met Ms Julie ...collected the tee N Bib......... TQ Ms Julie...!!!
Warmed Up... 7.04 am... Flag off ... ran two loops of 6 k around Centro, Kampung Bukit Kuda, Kampung Kuantan...Slow and easy pace...Finished 60th in 00:58:20. Collected the Medal N Goodies.. Met some frenz,,and Adios.. Some work to de done at home... .... Next run would de "Siemens 10k Run"... Bye...!!!

How would u feel running wit cramps..for 20+ km...My first half was great...1:58:00... on time to finish in sub 4.30...but.. there it goes .. at km 22... it Craammps...the muscles were too tight..stopped...stretched... ran...walk.. stop...n stretch..++ oilment N deep heat + water+100+ ........all the way... till the finish.. cause of cramp....Over all I enjoyed de run... Finished in 5:03:45... Good Timing.. with all the cramps and low mileage...only about 1o k per week..would like to do another Marathon soon. Syabas to all ++ SlowMoverz...!!!
This years SCKLIM saw a lot of improvement but there is still more room to add on...de medical aid...lack of it cause a death..!!!...May his soul RIP...!!! Will be back Next Year....Bye...!!!

De Run

It was a last minute decision. Ask my fren..Ms. Maznah to register a day b4. Went early b4 7.00 as it says that reporting time is from 6.15 - 7.00 am but the run starts at 7.45am.it's a social run. Ran about 7 km.. finished 22 in 00:34:15. Met Suresh,Renu N lots of regular runners...Bincang pagi... N Adios...!!! C u all in KL Std Chrtd Marathon... Bye!!!
