Sun, August 26, 2007.. Subang Jaya..

Got up early N dropped by at Padang Timur, PJ to C whether can reg.. for Gasing-Eco run

cos i was a kind of tired after two runs the day b4. I just don't wanna push too much...Sorry
Sir.. U can't register now...it's closed..! Too bad... so I just drove to Subang Jaya... as expected..ramai participant...Su, Abang,Nina, Makcik N saiful (New recruit) were there.

The run started at 7.30 am.. n off we goooooooooo....I just ran slowly at the pace my leg could move...running running N running.....Oh Boy!.... apa ni....!!! No thanni station !!... MPSJ ???.... Kita ni camel keh? what to do... keep on running... Manage to C the Stadium.... but on the other side...kena buat U turn ... not the first one..siot..dah block.. the second one kat traffic light... N I used my turbo a bit...dapat juga overtake about 5 runners...The competition was very the sengit...neck to neck...on time to be one of the top 100...finished in 47:20 at 89th place (PB). Within 48 ++ mins all the medals dah di kebas.. Well not bad huh... walau pun menghampiri umur 40... can do 3 runs in 24 hrs.... Nina N Saiful were the fastest to finish the race in about 25 min...WOW...!.. the 1 Km girl ..now can run 3 km ....very the improve..! Abang did it in 1:09 which is his PB N Su in about 1: 25. Makcik...mana pi...tamat aje..terus balik...nak hantar anak pi Kuantan...very the good mum..!

Yeah..yeah..!..Ada milo..tunggu apa lagi.. ..4 cawan....sekali...gasak...jgn marah ya..! chit chat..cari Su... memang invisible...jumpa sekejap ...terus hilang....met the Running mom, Mr Tey, Naresh, KP Tan , Julie n few other running mates. 9.30 am.... Bye Subang Jaya...!

Next would b the 12km Klang-Pacers Run... C u..N Bye..!

Sat.. 4.30 pm.. 25 August 2007.. Bkt Jalil.. KL..

A run for the Senior Citizens N children due to the 50th Merdeka celebration. Only those above 35 yrs old are allowed to participate together with primary school childrens. Myself N coach Jaya ran on behalf of Slow Movers. There wasn't many runners N ain't that fun n nice running in the evening.

The race began sharp at 4.30pm N we ran 2 loops around the MSN gate C entrance..out to the
Highway N back into gate C. Myself won a medal,finishing in 16:20 at 5th place N coach Jaya did well finishing at 3rd place in 15:34 . He won a medal + RM 25.00 .... Slow Movers naik podium lagi... Syabas Jaya !.

After the race met Ms.Julie N the gang. She missed the run due to the cab driver...sesat..n samapi lambat. Thank You for the info about this race. Uncle Jusmile too came late but still ran as a trainning for the run at Padang Timur.. PJ tomorrow. The prize giving ceremony only took place once after all have finish running which was about 6.20pm. Terima hadaiah N terus balik. Met Raymond of Pacesetter on the way back. Nice meeting U sir N Bye Bkt.Jalil...!

Sat, August 25,2007,Taman Sri Permaisuri, Cheras...


A Run in conjunction with the 50th Merdeka Celebration N hosted by DBKL N FTAA was held at 7.30 am. Javier, Su, Makcik, Jaya, Haieezan N Chan rep...ed the Slow Movers. Our Special Guest of the day was Mr.Javier's Wife....Welcome to Malaysia...mam!

Yeaaah! It's rainning........We ran a loop.. approx of 6 km along the taman, jalan Mewah , the football Stadium n back to the taman. It rainned all the way...makes it easier to run.. Javier started late.. due to last min reg...! Myself finished in 31:03 at the postion of 27 , followed by Jaya at 33th placing in 32:00 N Javier at No 38. Su came in at 16 in women open. All the Slow Movers were Medalist...Well Done !

Aiyaah...! What to do...No Milo maa..! Met some of the running mates like Naresh , Roniee, KpTan... chit chat..! it's 9.00 am.. time to buzz off as there is another run in the evening..The Highway Run.. Snapped some pics...N Bye! More pics in http://smovers.blogspot.com Enjoy !
