About de run...
It was a last min decision..and one of de last to register...Reached KL at about 6.45 pm... met Ronnie,WKM and Co... walked to Jln Doraisamy...warmed up with uncle Durai... Met Makcik,Kak,Izzat,ilya and Fairul of the Slowmoverz...my cat starts at 8.45 pm...age 35-45..Ran in a constant pace and finished de 1 mile run in 6 mins... no 7... Could have ran faster but had another run ..next morning...so...just took it easy....Bye ....!!!
Next would b de PM Network run...Happy New Year 1 Malaysia...!!!
