The Second double hill run for the Slowmovers...though the route was changed but it was quite challenging....Reached at 6.30 am..Met up with the Slowmovers...Fairul,Fuzahir,Abang, Kak Sumarni,Makcik,Ilya N izzat..N some other runnig mates..Ever since the BHp run..myself has been down with all kind injuries..from the back,hamstring,knee,calf to the ankle...all seems to be an obstacle..to my run...no choice but to slow down...I took up running at these late age...to live a healthy lifestyle N not to compete....N i wanna stay long in running...so just took it light N easy...
The race starts sharp at 7.00...just paced Fuzahir up to km 5...went ahead as my pace increases..Ran at a slower pace than usual cos wanna time my slowest 15 k in order to suit into
the Sundown...++ i'm injured..The race was enjoyable...with unpredictable route,tak lapar N...sakit di sana-sini..Finished at 333 in about 01:27:xx..not a PR but bolehlah...!! Running is fun ma...Fuzahir came in later followed by Fairul , Abang, Kak N Makcik... Thumbs up to the Pacesetter...cos after the race ...it was like a mini carnival with variety kinds of food, N outlets..
You can even test.. how fit U are at the fitness outlet....N I queued up...but it was called off half way cos mesin rosak....so how fit am I..still a ???...Photo time N called off the day..cause Hujan...had a wet ride back home...!!
Next would be the RMAF run.... till then " HAPPY WESAK DAY" to all n BYE !!!

Ada fitness test? Aiyoh! I missed that. Good luck in Sundown if I dont see you in RMAF (though I'm oso not sure nak pegi ke tak!).

so whats your target for Xmas Island run ah? currently i can still rank you in top 5 ...... so can belanja me teh tarik halia kau kau after that lah .....

i miss 2 runs in last 2 weekends because have to head a charity garage sales.
so hows rmaf? i see lots of fun with all the PM. how was slowmovers doing?
