Langkawi De'tour...

Day 1 - Langkasuka Resort.. Team Building session... Had Some telematches
N problem solving riddles and questions.. Nite life at Pantai Cenang..Lepak aja...

Day 2... Snorkeling at Pulau Payar...very de Beautiful spot to snorkle... saw the highlight of the tour.."De Shark Feeding"...As they throw some fishes ...de black spot Sharks as long as 3 m comes from no where ..right up to the shore...
Evening.... It's free N easy.. drove to Kuah town.. did some shoppin..N etc...

Day 3...Ride on Cable Car to de peak of Gunung Raya- (721m).... Island Hoping ...Ride on speed boat to Pulau Kilim, Pulau Kasut, Gua Buaya, Gua Kelawar N Eagle feeding...back to Jetty.. board a ferry back to Kuala Perlis... Bus to KL...
Very De Fun...Thank You to All ...BYe !!!

KL Towerthon 2009

1st March 2009, Menara KL..

A run..to test your heart condition..climbing up 2,058 stair case..!!! much more tougher than running ... Reached there at 9.00 am as the Media Category only starts at 9.45 am...A lot of runnerz compare to last year... N Bernama was repped by 24 runners....n Javier of NNN/Bernama finished as the champ in 00:19:xx....Syabas to all the Runnerz N Congrats to Mr Javier Clavelo...!!!

The Media Cat was flagged of at 9.45 am... we have to run uphill about 1 Km b4 goin up..for about 421 m. I took about 25 mins to end de cardio test..It was fun although my condition was below the par..adalah sebabnya...!!!! Happy to c a lot of workin frenz taking part..come on..everything is possible....N Hope to more in future...Kalah...Menang is not the matter..what matters is the guts to start N to finish.....ada Berani...Kah!!! Met a lot of frenz..collected de goodies.....had our lunch and Sayonara...Workin loo.. C U all Again ..!!!

KL City Day Run...2009

Sun,Feb 22..2009, Dataran Merdeka KL...

A 10k after a long time..with more n more Slow Moverz takin part..Nnnnnnn Introducing the newbie for de run...Mr Syafiq...of Johor mali..."Welcome" to the world of running.... !!! Reached Dataran at 7.05am, did some warming up...tapi tak panas pun... masuk kandang..

Off we go at 7.30am...memang very de... lotz of runnerz...The FTAA were expecting for about 5000 runners...Malaysian are more health conscious nowdays...Bravo !!! Ran in a slow pace for the first 7k abd turbo a bit at the last 3 km..trying to gain my old speed...but still not fit yet kot.... finished at 121 in 53:30:xx ..some improvement thou..Had to leave early ...cos of some work at de Off... Met fuzahir,Izzat, Hasif,Kak Sumarni, Ms Liza N other runnerz on de way back... sorry.. can't stay long...!!!
Next would b de KL towerthon.... till then Bye..!!!
