14th Sept 2008... Batu Metropolitan Park...Kuala Lumpur..

The slowmover were repped by two teams ...The Slowmovers and Tri Latino.
Jayabalan, Mogana and Sri ran for Slowmovers ..while Javier of Cuba, Sebastian of Chile and Gregio of Argentina were the latino flavours..manage to get 8th position.It was fun with ..about 40 teams running in a loop of 3.4 km each...and wit all kinds of runners..elite,fast ,ok,slow,young,old....good team work..Bravo to 3R Circle...Me still can't run due to injury and when will i run.........soon kot...

We will rock you...yeah.. that's wat the Slowmovers R 4.. redi to rock...the 21k and 11 k...the rockers were Hamid,Fuzahir,kak Sumarni, Abang ,Izzat and Makcik...while Hasif n Sheikh rocked the shape run in Lake Garden. Me no run again...tak tahu apa nak jadi ngan kaki ...it's gonna be the third week..time heals...went there as a acting oku coach...
Met a lot of running mates..The 21st half marathon was held par to the Yang dipertuan's 86th birthday...about 8500 runners took part in various cat..it was like a carvinal ...at sharp 10.00 am a birthday song was played to welcome the Yang di Pertuan ...followed by speeches, prize giving, lucky draws..n etc...
next would b the Pacemakers Track Meet...if my kaki is ..OK... BYE...De Slowmovers wishes all Malaysian ...Selamat Berpuasa N Selamat Hari Raya ....Maaf Zahir Batin.!!!

Me no Run..down with muscle injury + internal bleeding and advised to lay off for about 3 weeks...gantung kasut...loo!!.. but the Slowmovers were in action...at the Larian Perpaduan Merdeka '08 ...... repped by Fuzahir, Sumarlina,Maznah N Nani .........Running...Running..N... Running........!!!
While the Sanusi's wit Uncle Steven n Co were at the Jacob's walk of life...Walking....Walking....N.... Walking....!! Bravo !!...C u at the next run...Bye...!

Sun 10th August 2008, Dataran Shah Alam...

The run that i should't have ran..why?..Followed my cousin sis, Danesh N her friend Ms Lim Peh...doin their 10k for the 1st time... Reached there at about 6.00am.. Met Fairul n Su....Did some strecthing N just ran..it started at 6.45 after a gun shot by Tan Sri Khalid....The Selangor MB.
Why I shouldn't have ran... 2 days ago I knocked into a mini UPS in the server room which it's vertex hits my lower part of my fibula bone. I never felt any pain during or the next day walking nor jogging...but at km 16 on the the event day it 's starts to hurt...I can't run..so just jog N walk while limping..... N there it goes......!!!!..??? Reaching 12 km .. my timing was 00:55:09...dah tentu can finish within 2:00 hrs...but ...????!!!! ..finished in 2:12:12...Bisa saja..Cuba lagi dong..!...just enjoy the pain...It's limping week !!!...sakit siot.....next would be Larian Perpaduan or Seremban Half.....depends on the recovering period....Bye!.. Guah sudah injured...dah lebam..mahu rehat loo...!!

A charity walk for the Cancer research by MAKNA N de response was Great... Bravo to all..!! My self , Hamid , Azman, Makcik ,Kak Aida N Kids together with Mr Javier were a part of the walkers too. Met Suresh N Frank..and few other veteran runners..

The Walk was officiated by Datuk Bandar at 8.00 am...It was about 4.3 km walk around the Tasik..it was fun walkin in a group while chatting..crackin jokes....took about 00:51:xx to finish...A cert and a mini hamper ++ a kipas tangan was given
to all the participants....wow..cayalah ..thmbs up to the Organizers! ..More events as such should be organised to create awareness ,unity,love,passion n etc among the nation...N dun Involve politics..it sucks...!!! Next would b the Adidas King Of the Road..till then Bye ..!!!
