Starts at 7.30am...Officiated by Deputy Minister of KL .....to run 7 km...Had to start fast to pace with others...first 5 km..steady pacing n slowed down..tough to maintain..not up to the par yet....finished 59th in 00:34:20.... ..It's tougher then doin Half......hehehe !!!!... Chit-chat..Photo N Bye...!!!
Next Would B TC-Kuantan Run....!!! Adios...!!!

Ipoh International Run

About De Run...

Took the Shuttle train to Ipoh...3 hrs... after the Anti dadah run..reached at 4 pm...uncle fetched me...went to the satdium ..collected the bib and tee.
Next morning..Heavy rain...De run was delayed almost 45 min...officiated by Datuk Zambry..the Menteri Besar. The start was chaotic as the runners took off b4 the gun shot...
It rains cats and dogs all the way up to 11th km....and slowly it subsides...enjoyed the run..it was cooling...manage to finish in 1:43:35 at 92nd placing....Met a lot KL mates ..Hello folks.... ! Next would b Seremban Half or McD run...!!!!..till then...Bye..!!!

About De Run...

Reached at about 6.45am..collected the Bib N tee,warmed up...and of we goo
at 7.30 am.The Race was officiated by Timbalan Menteri dalam Negeri...
Ran a loop of 7.7 km around PICC and back to the Kompleks erbadanan.
Finished 36th in 34:24:24. Haieezan became the Photgrapher as he was to shy to run the fun run cat among the kids.Next Would B Ipoh Int Run...Bye..!!!

SCKLIM in UUM Sintok...

UUM TRIP

SCKLIM '09

I had to skip this long awaited run...to send my cousin to UUM...Congrats..Kanaga Malar !!!! ...++ a family trip..A lot of request from the family members N i Juz can't say NO.....I was really in delima the week b4 the race... N finally I had to given in...Bye SCKLIM..!!!
We chartered a bus..about 40 of us..took off on Sat Morning....put up the night in Jitra , which was about 40 km from UUM. We had a lot fun.. !!!! This kind of event only happens once in lifetime...but Marathon is there every year...so Juz say hello SCKLIM..C u next year....but how would de mgmt...B...????
