About de Run...

A run which is not one of my best as I was just recovering from a treble Gastric...Unable to consume a lot of carbo the day b4...asyik nak muntah aje...Just wanted to run and finish as the
venue was close to my hse.
It starts at 7.00 am... ran 2 loops around Jln Beringin n back to Equiestrian... Pacesetters races are known for Hills....faham2 aje...Took about 1:04:xx to complete de 12.2 k distance....
Met Mr Fuzahir, Mr Kuna,Mr Kenny,Uncle Steven, Mr Calvin and many others...Hi again..!!!
Next would be de PM Network run... till then... Merry Christmas N Happy New Year 1 Malaysia... BYe...!!!

2nd Putrajaya 12 hrs Walk

Reached Putrajaya at 6.00 pm.. after work.. collected the race kit.. Met up with Julie, Steven and Co..parked my stuffs in Steven's car...(TQ sir)and my shoe bag in Julie's tent..(TQ auntie)
Sharp 8.00... there goes a bunch of orang gila...start walking....de 12 hrs Putrajaya walk...Start slow..pacing with Mr Steven....for the first 2 hrs...move to a faster pace which lasted about 6 hrs...
Checked de result... manage to finish 36k in 8 hrs...It's more then the target of 30k... time for a break... had some makan.... took a nap... woke up at 6.30 am...What a mistake... never ever rest too long if u're in mid of doing a marathon or walk.. it's hard to restart, gain back de pace and momentum...Start to feel the muscle pain here N there.... walked another 2k... and thats it...Just dun wanna make things worst...collected the medal....lepak a whlie...N Bye to all the mates N Putrajaya... Thank you to all de supporters , photographers , de Organisers ++ Sponsors.....U all made it possible....U know who u are...It was fun...Will be back Next Year...!!!

About de Run...

Held concurrence with de 64th Birthday of DYMM Sultan Selangor... Officiated by Menteri Besar,Selangor. ..the 10k run was very competitive..as there were a lot of elite runners chasing
for top 5 which offers cash... and medals to top 20 only...so faham2 ajelah...so gave up the idea of running in a fast pace and slowed down...I hv got 12 hrs walk de next day...don't waste de energy for nothing...finished in 56:xx.
Next would be de Putrajaya 12 hr walk.. Byeee!!!
