It was a Chairty Walk organised by de Than Hsiang Mitra Welfare Association...
- A home for de old folks..Met Runwitme and snapped a pic with him...Flagged of by Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Society Development at 7.45am. It was good,easy fun walk............walked.... about 5km along........ Jln Timur,
Jln Selangor, Jln Gasing, Jln Pantai 9/3 N back to Taman Jaya. Took me about 50 mins to finish.... N off I go cos had to attend a wedding. Thank you to the Mitra Welfare for the event and Bye to all...!!!
Next would be d Joggathon wit the Disabled....Dataran Merdeka....C U..!!!

Mizuno Wave run - 11k

De Run..

Auzan,Hamid,Fuzahir N son ..+ Myself gathered at office N drove off to UPM at about 6.50am About 4000 runnerz..Carnival atmosphere..Met Javier,Kak Surmani,Makcik,Abang,Fairul,N other memberz...while talkin...off wee go....!!! iT was difficult to run..as de wave of runnerz were too big... about km 2..start to pace...nice route... finished at 106 in about 54:30...Warm down..
... chit-chat...pics..n off we go...
Next would b de Walk fo Love at Taman Jaya...Bye !!!

arrive at KK... Met Mr.Sophian..had lunch in Tanjung Aru...
checked in at Valley Hotel...went to Bernama KK..Mer Mr Richard...Mid-nite Movie at Center Point.. "The Far Cry"... Retire!!!

Oct 09

Trip to Mount KInabalu footstep...Kundasang...2 hrs drive.....very cold and chilly ... awesome sceneries...tour around Kinabalu park..manage to go up till 1800m...up to timpohon trail...Dinner at Teluk Likas..Experience de typhoon of Filipina...Drive thru UMS...Retire!!!

Checked out... collect the Bib n Vest...checked in at Hostel Kementerian opp Likas stadium...met Uncle Durai... Filipino Market...Jamilah Handicraft... One Borneo mall...Pasta Party at Multi Purpose hall...watched football game at Likas Stadium...Int school vs Local school...Retire!!!

5.30 am.. De Borneo Int Marathon starts... Finished in 1:53:16...Met some colleagues...snap pics... back to Hostel...rest... Pottery factory...bought vase ...drop in Nexus Karambunai...Waterfront park... foot massage... Tanjung aru beach side....Retire!!!

Checked out...Lunch at pete's corner.. lepak at Bernama...
shoppin at Asia City...airport...N.... Depart...
