De First Night Marathon ever to be held in Malaysia....8000 runnerz...
carnival Atmosphere...Followed my cousins from Kayu Ara...42k were flagged off at 8.00 pm followed by my cat.. de 21k at 8.30 pm....and 7.7 k at 9.00pm...De weather was just nice ..ran in a steady pace...enjoyed the night view ..chit -chat with other runnerz ....finished in about 1:52:32...No 69... . Results ...
Had some drinks and food.... N straight back home....

Next would be de FT 7 k Fun Run.... till then Bye...!!!

About de Run....

Woke up at 4.00 am...2 slice of bread N jam...horlicks and a can of 100+.... reach pdg merbok at 5.10...warmed up a bit...off we go...De 30k...a lot of hills...one after another...It was a tough race..ran well up 24 k....2:05:xx ...energy level..were ok..but legs were tired.. and seems like gonna get muscle cramp...slowed down..walk n run....finished in 2:51:11....
Need to do more LSD...cos it can be improved...4 sure...!!! Collected de Unique Medal and T-shirt... Hi too all and Bye...!!!
Next would b de Klava Relay...!!!

Kelab Penembak Klang - 15k Run

About de run....

Start off from Kayu Ara at 5.30 am... about half an hour ride to Meru ....Met Mr Eddy of Klava
The start was not on time..power cuts off now n then...starts about 6.50 am.. It was very the hilly run along the palm oil estate...about 13-15 steep hills...very the pancit but enjoyed it..finished 46 in 1:24:5x.
Next would b the 30k Pacesetters -New Balance run.... Bye... !!!
