De night b4.. 1 mile dash...New year eve... and de PM Network run..ain't in de real mood of running... just wanna complete the course...Ran in A slow pace..did 4 loops of 3.04km..climbing 17o x 4 stairs... finished in 1:09:xx... Happy New Year...1 Malaysia.. !!!
Next would b de Klang Kelab Menembak 15k run.... Bye...!!!

About de run...

It was a last min decision..and one of de last to register...Reached KL at about 6.45 pm... met Ronnie,WKM and Co... walked to Jln Doraisamy...warmed up with uncle Durai... Met Makcik,Kak,Izzat,ilya and Fairul of the Slowmoverz...my cat starts at 8.45 pm...age 35-45..Ran in a constant pace and finished de 1 mile run in 6 mins... no 7... Could have ran faster but had another run ..next morning...so...just took it easy....Bye ....!!!
Next would b de PM Network run...Happy New Year 1 Malaysia...!!!

About de Run...

A run which is not one of my best as I was just recovering from a treble Gastric...Unable to consume a lot of carbo the day b4...asyik nak muntah aje...Just wanted to run and finish as the
venue was close to my hse.
It starts at 7.00 am... ran 2 loops around Jln Beringin n back to Equiestrian... Pacesetters races are known for Hills....faham2 aje...Took about 1:04:xx to complete de 12.2 k distance....
Met Mr Fuzahir, Mr Kuna,Mr Kenny,Uncle Steven, Mr Calvin and many others...Hi again..!!!
Next would be de PM Network run... till then... Merry Christmas N Happy New Year 1 Malaysia... BYe...!!!
