Reached Lake garden At 0650 hrs.. collected the Tee N bib...warm up... N chat with frenz....
Race strats at 7.45 am.... to run 3 hilly loops along Sri Carcosa...each about 3.5 km.First run after de ligamnet Injury.... out of form... Last final 2 km to go.. almost out of gas... Met WKM...Aks me to con't n pace him...slow pace....manage to get some gas... Zoom all de way to de finish line... No 28..in 01:01:33.. 10Q WKM...!!!. n 10Q CAR...!!! .Collected de Medal N Cert...Had some food..n Bye...!!!
