About De Run...
Starts 45 min late ..at 8.30 pm..due to heavy rain..weather..cooling...nice to run.. ..runnin fine till 23 k... then it started again....shoulder pain...cramps..on N off...Oh boy !!!!..there goes.. my new PR in 30k...it could b due to injuries,lack of trainings and fitness...There is alwaz more room for improvement...Juz keep on running...Slowmover....!!!... Thank You... "Pacemakers" for the CR2 ...!
