After the long Puasa N Raya Break.. most of the Slowmovers were back in action at The
Kuantan 10 k TC run organised by the Pacesetters. As usual few of us went early to Lepak..
Myself.Jaya N Fuzahir..(the thing)... went there on friday itself. Put up in Kristal budget hotel...oops!!! ...had our dinner in Tanjung Lumpur..Ikan di sweet sourkan...

The next day we moved to Vistana Hotel... as it was booked earlier thru the pacesetters...met Su N Fairul ..collected the Bibs N Shirts ..checked in.... welcomed few other Sanusi clans .. lepak..in Berjaya Megamall. Bfast at the Taj's corner...moved around the town....mencari running n trailing Shoes...hampa...dong...apa pun takda..! Lunch at the D'Mall corner.. ..to TC ..for beach walking, photography...+++. Dinner at Alif restoran....back to the hotel...watched EPL...while bincang n gossip...hal ehwal semasa... diketuai oleh Su dengan ahli..-nya Jaya,Chan, Fuzahir N Fairul.....ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz!

Woke up at 5.00 am...got dressed very the nicely ...into running attire...drove to TC... saw the German who won the run.. cycling ... Did some panas -up...Met our regular running mates. 7.15 ..flaggggggged off.....First half...for about half n hour..felt like running with stones tied to the legs...muscles were tight..slight pain at the knee cap, just can't move fast....but got better n better as i was movin on without stoppin... I knew that if i stop i would screw up the entire run.... able to move faster at km 7 onwards...finished 34th at the timing of .. about 00:47:30. Is my knee ???? ... same prob again..Oh Boy....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Most of the slowmovers weren't at their pace due to too much of Ketupat, Nasi Himpit n Rendang...!! Selamat Hari Raya!

It's the Lucky Draw moment n it's time to give away about 6 Brook sports shoes ... Myself was one of the luckiest runner to miss by a number.....the number called out was A 023 N mine was A 022...what a miss!... I f only Su has registered me ........gurau saja...jgn marah ya...! Better luck next time ....kalau ada...tak pernah...??!!. Breakfast at Taj's corner again... back to hotel.. to mandi..manding...N back to KL..Bye Kuantan! Reached KL at about 4.00 pm..straight to Stadium at KLCC, cos 40% off for Adidas Chiba-Pro.. Bought one... the only one left N chao...to Kayu Ara...! It's my shoe day kot....!

Next would b the Delhi Vodafon Half Marathon at New Delhi on the 28th Oct 2007. Bye !.
