Another freindship relay organised by The KLAVA. This time it was a open relay which consist of 22 teams with a lot of elite runners. Slow Movers were there too...fun-fun run ma...Myself ,Sri (the newbie) N Javier. Javier brought a new member ..Mr Milton.. The hubby to Ambassador of Ecuador..It was nice meeting you N Welcome sir.
The race started at about 8.20 am N each person had to run about 3.65 km around the lake. Myself was the first runner came in at 7 th position in about 14 :35, Sri the second runner came in 13th in about 17:40 N Javier the Anchor man made to 10th position in about 13:41. So the Slow Movers finished No 10 with the timing of 45:56. Bravo guys...specially to Sri the newcomer. you're capable of doing better...go for it...!! Mr Milton too had a chance to run cause he managed to form the 22nd team with two other ladies..the Charlie's Angels team and finished 21st. Well done sir... n more to come....hope to c u around..!
Thank you to the KLAVA members specially to Ms Julie n Mr Eddy for organizing such a lovely, united...harmony n team work runs. Keep up the good work. There were even some Malay friends running too... cayalah babe..!!! Met KP, Ronnie,Naresh,Suresh ,Durai,Mahendran N other regular running mates. Nice talkin to u guys. 10.30 am.....Bye Kepong...!! N c u all at the next Race..Bye!

Well Done, Slowmover! To be the TOP 10 in our KLAVA FRIENDSHIP OPEN RELAY, Kepong Metropolitan Park is an Achievement. As I ran thru the Participants' List, I tried to form a prediction and true enough, you guys have not disappoint me. There were at least 12 elite teams. Even Dato' Sieh was surprised with that large turn up! And they trained constantly to prepare for challenge like this.
Keep up the good spirit! I know Chan is eyeing the last 2 medals .... wanna make an exchange? I can be the 'middlewoman' for a 'fee' you know ...... ha..ha...ha...

Network run on 1/1/2008, interested or not? runners only limited to 80only, please act fast, buka counter 2 days already got 36 runners, try to get more lady runners in (5 only till todate).u can email the runner lists (name and ic/age) to PM1 or myself.
