Thursday, Nov 8 , 2007.. Bukit Kiara TTDI...

It's Deepavali ...N Klava held yet another relay at Bukit Kiara TTDI, with 30 teams. It's gettin
bigger n bigger....cayalah N Syabas Klava. This run would b remembered at every deepavali as it is being hels on that day itself. The Slowmovers were there too with 7 teams . My teams..the Slowmovers A.. was rep by Chan, Yusof N Fuzahir. It was a hill N slope of about 2 km run. I manage to run the loop in 8.22 ..followed by Yusof in 10:20 N Fuzahir, the last runner in 10:35.
Finished at 10th position..in 29:17. Well Done guys..!! N syabas to the rest of the Slowmovers..!
Pantang dengar ada race....!!... The slowmovers willl be there...!

Just after the race ..balik terus to Kayu Ara..it's only 5 mins ride from TTDI....cos nak mandi minyak N do prayers....etc..deepavali ..ma....!!
did some regular visiting to uncle N auntie's house....N Party begins..++ Thannithon.....Happy Deepavali to all the Hindu Slowmovers n running mates ++ to all Malaysians....A festive to be celebrated by all Malaysians.. Peace !!. Next would be the Ipoh KRI 12 km run!!

Sat, 3rd-4th Nov, 2007... Awana Kijal, Trengganu..

Despite from Running n Walking, the slowmovers added another thrillingactivity...into their schedelu.. the Treasure Hunt.The 15th Bernama- TourismTreasure-hunt were flagged by the deputy tourism minister Mr Bernard Dompokat sharp 7.15am. We were to answer 45 question N get 5 tearsuers along the way from KL to trengganu.It was fun...myself was the ultimate navigator..sampai sesat sekali..terlepas.tapi ..that is what u call fun ma...!! Su N Mila was the processors.. n faizal was the driver...very the slow... hunting ma...entah apa..cuma cari nama kat papan tanda..kedai...langsung tak gunakan senapang...apa da ...!!

Stop there...stop here.. u turn.. patah balik.. reverse..cari itu..cari ini... macam.macam ada.... n we finallly reached Awana Kijal at 5.23 pm. 7 min earlier of the given 10 hrs.Yeah... we made in... Finsihed 12th 0ut of 43 teams..Boleh tahan....not bad huh. Well Done n Congrats to the Janji Tak Last team !!......Awana Kijal is very the nice resort oh.. to go 4 bercuti. It has a lot facilities n games...just to keep u movin all day long. Had our breakfast at the kedai kopi Hai Peng..the famous trengganu kopitiam...followed by prize giving ceremony...n checked out.....Bye Trengganu...!!

Sun 28th Oct, 2007...New Delhi India..

I ran My first International half marathon away from...Malaysia...N it is the Delhi Half Marathon..About 30,000 runners took part in that event. Myself N Sri were the rep of Slowmovers...Reached Delhi on the 26th night via Sri Lankan airlines...met my fren Mr Valli there, Thank you..4 everything Mr.Valli...collected the Bib the next day at the Ansel Plaza, did some shoppin at Sahara Mall, Sarojini Street..put up at Vasanth Vihar Guest House.

Next morning ...got up ..had some Breakfast..straight to the running spot which is at the opposite of Nehru Park...a big park for indians to lepak....started at 7.45 am ...it was a clumsy start...the race was not very well organsied..n the Medal..???.. Finisihed in 1:55:20. it was difficult to run in a low humidity weather...begining of winter...lips dries up quickly but...very the nice cos the there were water station every 2km...but no isotonic drinks...
A few of celebrities too took part such as Prinyka Chopra, Gushan Grover..Dravid..n etc...the aweks were very the superb..gila...!!!

Spent few more days visiting sacred places, temples,monuments, historical places n building which includes The Taj Mahal in Agra......memang very the wonder of the world..carved n designed wholely with Macrana marble which can only be obtained 400 km away from Agra..n ...no paintings???... how the?? they brought that amount of marbles n carved like paintings n writings..in 16th century...?..then to The Red Fort.....Lotus Temple...the India Gate, House of the president..n etc.... back to Malaysia on the 1st Nov... Bye Delhi...!!
