A run for the Veterans... 35 years old and above,school kids and Disables...organised by the MMA. It was nice to run ...Legs were on it ways..on treh move.. No pains...but half way thru...I was caught by rib cage stitch..felt like right hand side cage wanna pop out... Slowed down...till the end...finished 9th in 00:19:00... N it rainsssssssss......Bye...next would b de PAR5 Relay...!!!

Lunch at Mekong riverside...
Visit the nearby Wat
Tried to get to the Night Market..end up touring the Town..
Boozing....

Decide to goto Veng Vieng District as there is a lot eco-tourism activities..
ticket - 50,000 kip from Vientiane..about Rm 21.00 - 3 N half hours journey...
it was like riding a horse...bumpy roads but nice sceneries..Very greeny with a lots of Mountains...+ de living style of the locals...
Checked in Chanthala Guest House.. went Tubing... floating on top a Tube along the Mekong River...about 4 Km...U can hop in to the bars along the river to get some drinks or to rest...that was reaallllllllllly cool n fun...
Dinner at riverside...spend some long hrs..coz rainin...

Back to Vientiane...Checked in at Mixway Guest House- famous among the travellers- Rented a bike- tour around the town - Lunch at Ali's Cafe-Went to the Talat-sao Mall and de Morning Market. Visit the Victory Gate () and the That Luang wat....Massage..!!!
