Sat 3th Oct...

- Met Mr Ng N Mr Foo of S'pore at KL Sentral- Car pool with Mr Klass of Holland..de 1 world heads to Cameron Highland... Had our SteamBoat lunch at Brinchang- checked in at Star Regency... What a climate...Woow!...cold and chilly with de breezing wind...simply awesome.!. Dinner at the hotel...Steamboat too...!

Sun 4th Oct ...

-7.30 am at Tanah Rata- De run Starts.... Nice route.. 12 km of hilly - flat- with wonderful sceneries, ++ nice chilly cold weather. Finished 8th in 01:13:xx..
back to apartment... checked out... N back to KL. Bye...Cameron...

Next would be de Borneo Int Marathon,KK.....Bye!!!....

A run for the Veterans... 35 years old and above,school kids and Disables...organised by the MMA. It was nice to run ...Legs were on it ways..on treh move.. No pains...but half way thru...I was caught by rib cage stitch..felt like right hand side cage wanna pop out... Slowed down...till the end...finished 9th in 00:19:00... N it rainsssssssss......Bye...next would b de PAR5 Relay...!!!
