Sun, 29th March, 2009,..Taman Melawati...

Drove in a new car.. JLL 717..5 of us...Apek de driver, Haieezan de co -pilot, Jaya,Hamid n Chan ..de passengers...reached tmn Melawati at 7:13am..Met rest of de Slowmoverz.
Race starts at 7.30 am after the Natioanl Anthem at jalan Bandar 11...Ran along the hilly Taman,Bukit Mas round- about..N made a u turn back. Javier came in first..followed by myself..finishing in 00:50:45...Oklah tu for a OKU...then Jaya, Fuzahir, Hasif, Izzat,Syafiq,Hamid,Auzan, Makcik Suraya , Kak Sumarni N Haieezan......Bravo to all..!!!. Javier finished 3rd in the Int Cat.Syabas Buddy!!! Abang was de official photographer for slowmoverz.....TQ Bro....!!!
Next would b de BHP Orange Run...... Bye..!!!

Larian Jambatan Bandaraya KT

March 21, 2009.. Pantai Burok, Kuala Trengganu..

Flight WGM 6913 with passengers ....... Jaya,Fuzahir,Chan N Haieezan departed at 0630 hrs form KL ...n landed at Hotel Teratai Tenang beside Bernama at 1300 hrs. Met our colleague... Tengku Miza...of Bernama..TQ sir...!!!
A run which was managed poorly...by de MBKT ....lack of experience kot..!..a kind of new experience for de Slowmoverz...Myself,Fuzahir N Amran ...de Newbie..(orang ganu).. Jogged from the hotel to Taman Awam,Pantai Burok
which was 1 km away from de hotel...warmin up......!!!

De half starts at 7.30 am..???.. together wit the 11k....wat a time to start de half... n de 11k is only for 18 years and below..!!!! Kids running across here n there...Road safety..100% Nil...We r de runnrez cum traffic police ... De distance was much longer... water stations...????? ...Ran across de Sungai Trengganu...took about 02:02:32 to finish at 30th, Fuzhair took about 2: 32:xx ... slower than usual due to knee pain......
Hats of to Mr Amran...his first half and he finished in 2:44:xx...Syabas!!!... Waited for Lucky Draw...saja nak cuba nasib.....as there were more than 100 prizes...to be won..n as usual...nasib not on our side....wasted about 2 hrs... Met some runnerz from KL..chit - chat..n Bye...!!!

Back to Hotel...Had tradisional ala nasi padang style for lunch... went to Pasar Kepayang..did some shoping...checked out...drop by at Kg Losong ...bought some Keropok Lekor/Losong ....Never to leave de state without it....met our colleague from Bernama Kota Bahru, Mr Sulaiman... at Pantai Burok N took off to KL at 1900 hrs.. Bye Trengganu... We'll be Back..!!!

Larian Seri Amal 10k..

March 15th, 2009. Taman Bkt Jalil...

A 10k run ... which turns out to be 13 k ++ due to poor mgmt. When I reached de turn to de Tmn after de 2nd loop de tming was 00:53:04 but de guy incharge said...10k go straight..one more loop to go..so i juz went...N later got to know that we only have to do two loops... Oooopps!...extra 3 km++..,anyway it's Ok...Running is fun ma...!!!

De Slowmoverz were repped by Myself N Fuzahir... De race started sharp 7.00 am..ran along Kesas highway, IMU, Tmn Esplanade N back to Tmn Bukit Jalil carpark C. Collected de Goodies N medal.... met lotz of frenz...hi ..bye..n off we go..cos Fuzahir had to fetch his daughter. Next would the de Trengganu 21k Bridge Run ... till then ..Bye !!!
