Larian Seri Amal 10k..

March 15th, 2009. Taman Bkt Jalil...

A 10k run ... which turns out to be 13 k ++ due to poor mgmt. When I reached de turn to de Tmn after de 2nd loop de tming was 00:53:04 but de guy incharge said...10k go straight..one more loop to go..so i juz went...N later got to know that we only have to do two loops... Oooopps!...extra 3 km++..,anyway it's Ok...Running is fun ma...!!!

De Slowmoverz were repped by Myself N Fuzahir... De race started sharp 7.00 am..ran along Kesas highway, IMU, Tmn Esplanade N back to Tmn Bukit Jalil carpark C. Collected de Goodies N medal.... met lotz of frenz...hi ..bye..n off we go..cos Fuzahir had to fetch his daughter. Next would the de Trengganu 21k Bridge Run ... till then ..Bye !!!

Langkawi De'tour - Team Building ' 09

Langkawi De'tour...

Day 1 - Langkasuka Resort.. Team Building session... Had Some telematches
N problem solving riddles and questions.. Nite life at Pantai Cenang..Lepak aja...

Day 2... Snorkeling at Pulau Payar...very de Beautiful spot to snorkle... saw the highlight of the tour.."De Shark Feeding"...As they throw some fishes ...de black spot Sharks as long as 3 m comes from no where ..right up to the shore...
Evening.... It's free N easy.. drove to Kuah town.. did some shoppin..N etc...

Day 3...Ride on Cable Car to de peak of Gunung Raya- (721m).... Island Hoping ...Ride on speed boat to Pulau Kilim, Pulau Kasut, Gua Buaya, Gua Kelawar N Eagle feeding...back to Jetty.. board a ferry back to Kuala Perlis... Bus to KL...
