Another year of Bomba run..the 6th... which was officiate by Datuk Ong Ka Chuan...the minister of Housing and Local Government ......Yeap!.....how can there be a race without Slowmovers ma...repped by..... Chan,Fuzahir,Hazreen,Haizean,Hamid,Hasif,Fairul,Makcik, Kak Sumarni , Sumarlina N Nina.... Su tak lari cos too tired..Kerja two shift..but was there to give us moral support cum Photographer.. Izzat became the assistant...kesian...kena turun pangkat....!
Started sharp 7.30am....offffff we go....try to turbo...but no use ma...can't match the elite runners...N my legs are still not being very helpful yet...ever since the Great Eastern 30k run...first 2 km....knee sakit....It's a on going prob N the calfs felt very the heavy...like running with big stone tied to it...but i kept running....ain't wanna stop...slowing down.. seein all my running mates passin one by one..., As I approach the stadium at Jln Duta..my leg felt better n lighter..so mula turbo....sampai the end.....Manage to overtake a lot of runners....wished I could paced that tempo earlier....but what to do lor.. ...dugaan.... missed the Medal again..just like last year...finished in 00:56:01. Cuba lagi ...hopefully better luck next Year.....!!!!!..Terus jumpa Su..n pinjam 20 sen....Y!!!...ala...faham-faham ajelah...
Fuzahir came in after me followed by Hasif n Fairul.....N the rest of the slowmovers...The two happenin makcik's grabbed a medal each in the women open cat.. Tak nak mengaku...dah tua...patut masuk cat.. veteran....Congrats....N Syabas to all the Slowmovers......Just keep on movin...!!!
Next would b the Asthma Joggathon...till then Sayonara... !!!
