Happy Chinese New Year !!!...

What ..! Supernova 7.... Yeap..! it is but you have to test it N submit the report..that's the only condition...to own it.!. I got it from Mr Krishnan, the Head of Running at the Adidas office in Plaza Damansara. It was very kind of him to entertain me although he was in a mid of a meeting. Gave me a UK 7.5 white/blue/greyish eye catching shoe...the one above... Thank You sir...!

Why Supernova 7 ....cos it was designed with 7 new features /technologies which makes it one of best long distance running shoes to take you far and fast.....( depends on the runners too...their shape of the foot,weight...etc)

The 7 features.... which I would like to test it out...in all my trainings and runs...
-Geofit at ankles
-Nylon linings and molded dual layer for quick dry
-adiPRENE midsoles to absorb shocks
-adiPRENE under forefeet to retain natural forces,
-Torsion system at midfoot to allow rotation between rearfoot and forefoot-surface balance
-ForMotion- free movement- allows the feet to adapt and adjust the ground strike for forward momentum
-adiWEAR- rubber outsoles for durability in high wear areas which offers lightweight grip n cushion

Sunday 3rd February, 2008... KL Tower,

It's time to go up in your life... up u go all the way 2,058 staircases about 1.02km.The Slowmovers were there to crawl n to conquer the Tower. The Race starts at 8.00 am..The runners/climbers were let off stage by stage with 200 in each batch at the interval of 15 mins.
Myself, Su , Abang . Jaya,Hamid,Hasif N Hazreen ran in the Media group n were the last to go at 9.45am.

We ran 1 km uphill n climbed 2,058 staircases. Myself finished 3rd...followed by Jaya ,Hasif N Hamid... Suriati too finished 3rd in her category which was dominated by Bernama. Syabas to all the winners.... Well Done !!! We had to wait up to 2.00 pm to collect the cheque...very the bad management...!!!! cos very the hungry...!!.. collected the goodies N terus Ziajiang...!

Next would b the FTAA Cross Country... c u folks....Bye !!!

Sun, 20th Jan 2008, Tapak A, Lake Garden....

The thrill of running has began...All the junkies were back in action...for the 30k Great Eastern run...in conjunction of 100th anniversary of Great Eastern.. The Rep of SlowMovers were Myself, Abang N Fuzahir.. (30k),Javier,Fairul,Su,Makcik,Kak Sumarni, N kak Aida (20k). Arrived just on time...ain't got no time to panas-up..checked in n the race starts...30 k....!!!

Tak sangka first 10 k tu...10k mizuno double hill..very the teruk... ...first time. tryin 30k....No planning ma...N just wanna complete... i took it easy ,slow n steady N didn't push too hard due to some reasons. After the race... ok aja...boleh improve lagi...N feel like doin a full marathon soon...Maybe SIM !!! Syabas to all the runners specially to Makcik , kakak Sumarni N kak Aida....first time doin 20k... Collected the medal n goodies (finisher towel)...did some post mortem about the run..lepak....met a lot of running mates ..chit-chat N Adiossssssss !

Next would be the KL Towerthon....Bye !!!
