Sun 15th July, 2007, Padang N.S Seremban,

The Slow Movers slowly moved a bit further down towards the south to run in the Seremban Half
Marathon. ...yeah....Off to Seremban Darul Khusus....As usual the regulars....Jaya, Su N Chan went there early...Fuzahir couldn't make it due to some probs.. We left late..after lunch cos I had to work in the morning doin some testing wit Bursa Malaysia...hard working maaa...Kakak Sumarni,illya n izzat joined in later...

Reached Seremban at about 4.00 pm...Straight to the N.S field.. registered Kakak n Izzat N 2 changed Su's category from 21k to 11k due to some physical probs...checked out some of the hotels....full house loo.. so we went THE Milo Hotel which had been book earlier....what a hotel...hapenin !!!!???...N it was nearby to the field. Lepak...ed in town ...tea break at A&W...all three of us had a mug of beer (root)....it's party time...yeah..!!..mabuk..siiiut! Shoppin at Parkson,Terminal,Store...Jaya bought Power bar N Su bought some cd's...giler game...sampai selalu lambat ke kerja......Went to the field N snapped some pics at the finishing line....but wrong categories....hahhaha....ala...faham-faham ajelah..kan Hang Over....had some Yong tau foo N fried kuey teow at the food stalls nearby...back to Hotel...meet up with kakak N called off the day...cos ah next day ah early-early must wake up woa...Dun play-play know...set alarm to 5.00am...ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz....

5.00 am ...nice wake up tune...got up dan bersiap sedia..untuk misi seterusnya...the 20th Seremban Half Marathon..The day also marked the Rulers 85th Birthday n 40 years of ruling the State . The 21km was flagged off at 6.45am. So myself started first...ran in a consistent pace thru out race and finished the race in 1:54:34... Jalannya berbukit bukau...very the curving...no traffic police...but the views were very the nice...very the kampung...hutan....very the green... The 11km started at 7.20 am. Izzat had to run in 11 km cos school category..udah penuh si....ramai sangat...! The 11km runners won a few more medals for the Slow Movers...Edmond,Jaya, Su N Kakak were the medalist..Edmond did it in about 58 mins N Jaya in about 59 mins...Kak n Su too did very well.. timing...N/A.. Syabas folks...!
Myself dapat 2 bottles of 100+ n Su dapat family cereal as a mystery gift... then it's photo time....snapped some pics...with Edmond's family..Registered for the Melaka half Marathon... makan sarapan dulu...cos izzat cam tak bertenaga lagi....then to the hotel....lepak jap...izzat sempat juga play video game...Checked out at 12.00 noon... Adios Seremban!!! ... We would like to thank Mr Tey@pm22 for snappin our pics...Tq Sir...!

Sunday, 8th July 2007, Dataran Merdeka...

Hai folks....We the slow movers are back in KL for the Siemens run...Myself, Jaya,Fuzahir, Su, Javier Kakak,Abang, Makcik, Kak Haida,Izzat N two of his friends was apart of the 1000 runners.It was flagged of by YAB Datuk Rais Yatim which was a run in conjunction of 50th Merdeka Celebration N 50th Siemen run.It started at about 7.40 am..one---two--three....off we go....ramai yang berkejar-kejaran...pecut...camlah it's 500 m run...I just ran with my steady pace. It was very well organised as there were water station , signboards, medical camp N pom-pom girls about every 2 km...
I ran non stop and finished at the position of 87 with timing of 52 :44. ... dapat juga tambah koleksi Medal..., as usual Javier finished earlier .. in about 50: 49 at the postion of 59 N Jaya did it slowly has he had some kind of stomach upset...N went of early after the run as he had to go 4 Bowling tournament... Fuzahir managed to complete it in about an hour in the C catergory... The invisible girl....was in invisble mode all the while N we could only manage to c her after about1hr 30 min... precaution....knee problem...!

It's Milo time..missed it a lot...had a few cups...while chattin with Fuzahir, a guy came to me N asked about me...my stayin place..schooling days...Wow...what a memory he has... he was my teacher who thought me 16 years back...N he said he recognised me just by my smile...it was nice meeting u ..Sir...Mr Guna of PTB..(1989)....chatted about the past....keep in touch!!... Met up with the rest in front of the clock tower..talked about runs,life, salsa,n etc.... Left at about 10.00 am... Back to office....

Friday Jun 29, 2007.. Phuket..

After a lot of running almost all the weekends... decided to go 4 a vacation with my 3 other office collegues...Nak Relaxkan Mind n Body..Depart from LCCT at about 3.15 pm ..Reached Phuket Int Airport at 3.45 local time...Tq Air Asia...Hop into a cab...checked in at Rico Hotel at Bang'la Road in Patong.Yeah it is Theeeeeee Roaaaad... happening Gila babe....it's something like being in Las Vegas....The road will be closed at 7.00pm onwards daily..and it's Fun time...

The Next day ...changed hotel as there were a lot more cheaper ones...biasalah...budget trip...checked in Lamai Inn...hired a bike n ride thru the town of Paradise...Cuci Mata...ma.... Went down to Phuket town which was 21Km away...Nak pi mana...tak ada haluan....saja2...On the way ada expo...concerts, exhibitions N variety kinds of foods...what else...just masuk aje...Balik...dah gelap...sesat..ask around ..N some how manage to find the path to Patong Beach....Makan-makan , went for a Thai Massage N party at Bang'la road all night long..dawn to dusk....

The Third Day went for some island hoping... took a half day tour to Khai Island and it's neighbours..which us about 45 minutes ride from Pier in Phuket Town. It was magnificient, amazing, beautiful N superb .....Nice sceneries,views..Snorkling...wow...What a beautiful world is this... The corals N the fishes just amazed me...as though I was in some other planet...left the islands in the evening...The boat ride was nice too..Fast N Furious....Very tiring..so what...else....Massage again...I just had the foot massage N Bang'la road again....

It's our final day in Phuket...a kinda of missing it...boring ..nak balik to work..what to do..every thing has an end ..flight at 1330 hrs N reached KL at 1345 hrs. C u in Next years Marathon N Khoup-Kon-Khaa (Thank You).. Phuket !!!
