First Race to be held on Thursday.... after office hours...A 5km run... almost all the elite runnez were there... starts sharp at 6.30 pm....off we goo.....ooo...All de runnerz turbo like gila-gila..cam lari 100 m... Myself too tried to pace...caught with side stitch in between...slowed down... Finished at 37 in about 19.5x while Fuzahir finished 44 in 24:30 in de veteran's cat...
Bye!....got to go.....C u all at Klava Relay..!!!

Reached Georgetown at 3.30 pm.checked in at Friendship Motel in Penang street....Collected the goodies at Queensbay...........
Makan at Kapitan Thandoori...Yummmmmyy!.. lepak at Padang Kota ..had Pasembur.for Supper....very de expensive....leher hampir terputus...Retire......!!!

Sat de 21st...

Checked Out...Lepak at Pasar Karat.... all kind of goods from old 2 new..Lunch opp de Hotel...Nasi Kandar Merlin...Yummmmmy again !!!...Fetch Hazman Of Bank Rakyat at Jetty... Check in at Equatorial Hotel At Bkt Jambul...Drive thru PP...Batu Ferringhi - Teluk Bahang - Balik Pulau - Bayan Lepas - Bkt Jambul...
Retire... !!!

Sun de 22nd...

Yeap..This is it...de Day !....2.30 at Queensbay..Warm Up.. Half Starts at 3.30 am.. flagged off by de Chief Minister.. Mr Lim Guan Eng. Ran In a consistent pace...had a bit of shoulder stitch towards the end... Finished in a about 1:49:xx. Waited for Fuzahir N Hazman.. Syafiq sends Hamid for de 10k Fun Run and fetch us back to hotel.. Lepak and checked out at 12.00 pm. .....
Chowrasta market.. bought some "Jeruk" and off to KL...! Thank you Hazman and Syafiq 4 everything...!!! Bye Penang...!!!
Next would be the New Balance 5 k Run...!!!

Checked in... Met some running mates...7.03 am... Off we go...12 k tour in Klang... finished at 56 th placing in 00:58:xx. Lepak.. N Bye....!!!

Registered a day b4...A charity run for de disabled..Entertained by the DBKL Band..Marched together.... De race starts at 8.10am.. no turbo... just slow and cool..Finished 6th...in 26:08...Thanks to de sponsors....more events like this should be organised..Let the special one's be closer with the society...U r one of us... We r 1 Malaysia....!!! Bye.....!!!
Next would b de Klang 12 km run 4 it...!!!

- A home for de old folks..Met Runwitme and snapped a pic with him...Flagged of by Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Society Development at 7.45am. It was good,easy fun walk............walked.... about 5km along........ Jln Timur,
Jln Selangor, Jln Gasing, Jln Pantai 9/3 N back to Taman Jaya. Took me about 50 mins to finish.... N off I go cos had to attend a wedding. Thank you to the Mitra Welfare for the event and Bye to all...!!!
Next would be d Joggathon wit the Disabled....Dataran Merdeka....C U..!!!

Mizuno Wave run - 11k

De Run..

Auzan,Hamid,Fuzahir N son ..+ Myself gathered at office N drove off to UPM at about 6.50am About 4000 runnerz..Carnival atmosphere..Met Javier,Kak Surmani,Makcik,Abang,Fairul,N other memberz...while talkin...off wee go....!!! iT was difficult to run..as de wave of runnerz were too big... about km 2..start to pace...nice route... finished at 106 in about 54:30...Warm down..
... chit-chat...pics..n off we go...
Next would b de Walk fo Love at Taman Jaya...Bye !!!

arrive at KK... Met Mr.Sophian..had lunch in Tanjung Aru...
checked in at Valley Hotel...went to Bernama KK..Mer Mr Richard...Mid-nite Movie at Center Point.. "The Far Cry"... Retire!!!

Oct 09

Trip to Mount KInabalu footstep...Kundasang...2 hrs drive.....very cold and chilly ... awesome sceneries...tour around Kinabalu park..manage to go up till 1800m...up to timpohon trail...Dinner at Teluk Likas..Experience de typhoon of Filipina...Drive thru UMS...Retire!!!

Checked out... collect the Bib n Vest...checked in at Hostel Kementerian opp Likas stadium...met Uncle Durai... Filipino Market...Jamilah Handicraft... One Borneo mall...Pasta Party at Multi Purpose hall...watched football game at Likas Stadium...Int school vs Local school...Retire!!!

5.30 am.. De Borneo Int Marathon starts... Finished in 1:53:16...Met some colleagues...snap pics... back to Hostel...rest... Pottery factory...bought vase ...drop in Nexus Karambunai...Waterfront park... foot massage... Tanjung aru beach side....Retire!!!

Checked out...Lunch at pete's corner.. lepak at Bernama...
shoppin at Asia City...airport...N.... Depart...
